Education

International Master degree in Digital Library Learning by Oslo University College (Norway), Tallinn University (Estonia), and Parma University (Italy). Master Thesis: “Exploring Users’ Information Behavior in Social Networks.”

Bachelor degree in Librarianship by the School of Librarianship and Archives, Faculty of Humanities and Education, Central University of Venezuela, Caracas, Venezuela (2000-2006) Thesis: “Implementation of an electronic reference service in the Pedro Grases Library of the Metropolitan University” (in Spanish).

Studied High school in the field of science in Emil Friedman School. (1995-2000) Thesis: Database for the Theses of the School.

2010. Special award: Received the 2nd place award in Social Sciences Master Theses category at the Students Scientific Research Contest. Granted by Tallinn University for the academic year 2009/2010
